Firmaflytning København til Østerbro

Hi, We are in need of moving some office and home furniture from CPH K to Kastellet Pelican storage. Approximately size 5m3, including 2 tables with many chairs, two book shelves, arm chair, sofa and twin bed. Additional 1-2 moving box of office stuff. The moving support is initiative needed 23.2.2019. Pelican storage informed that"Regarding movers, we have a really good deal with a moving company called Express-flyt. You get 20% discount off them when you have a room here. The price with the discount is 695 kr. per hour, for 2 men and a truck.". Is this true? Would you be able to move our stuff insuggested day and we could be helping also? Please note I am currently in Africa and my cell is not working here.
